The first I'd heard of it was yesterday, and I've stood near the Home Stone building nearly every day since we last spoke. No one approached, nor did I receive any missives. Perhaps we need a way for people to make their intentions known, so we can find them when they're available."

It seems - less serious, less effort on their part indicates less seriousness to what they're about to do."

Since I've been here, I've heard complaints of rampant attacks on citizens, but only evidence of two.  It seems it's preferable to complain but not inform those who can do something about it"

The warrior's process seems to be more rigid, and it was better coordinated because the last High Magistrate was of the warrior caste. We can devise one of our own once the reports reach our office, but keeping the warrior caste in the loop always." To the mention of attending meetings, he nodded once more. "Noted. I've asked Marcus to attend the merchant meeting. I don't want to overwhelm them with too many of us, but I'll keep you considered for future meetings."

[09:31] Kati Evans: Interesting, she walked toward Abraham and started to ask him something right as he left.  I went and asked her what was up. When she told me that she wanted to swear to the Stone.  I told her that I would tell Abe when he came back.  Well he did not return.  So that is how it started.

That said, I don't know how to communicate to newcomers that they can drop a request for home stone swearing into the magistrate's mailbox, and we'll make an effort to schedule them as needed. It really is on the individual to reach out to those who can do the swearing.
